Mafia Online is a free, browser-based multiplayer social deduction game. The Service allows users to create and join game rooms, play the classic Mafia game with friends or AI-powered bots, and interact through real-time chat. No account creation or registration is required to use the Service.

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials on Mafia Online are the property of letsplaymafia.com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without explicit written permission. The Mafia game concept itself is in the public domain, but our specific implementation, design, and code are proprietary.
The Service includes AI-powered bot players that use third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate behavior and chat messages. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. We make reasonable efforts to filter AI output but cannot guarantee its quality. AI bot responses do not represent the views or opinions of letsplaymafia.com.
We offer optional paid Premium features. Both options unlock unlimited AI bots per game (up to 12; the free tier is capped at 3), the adjustable bot chat frequency slider (0–70%, locked at 35% on the free tier), an ad-free experience, and access to the Godfather role in any game you host:
Refunds: Premium is a digital product delivered instantly and is non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Premium codes are transferable to another device by entering the code through the "Have a premium or supporter code?" flow on the site, but only one device may hold an active binding at a time. Codes and keys are not redeemable for cash. Premium benefits may change over time as the Service evolves.
Legacy supporter codes issued prior to 2026-04 remain valid and continue to provide supporter benefits (ad-free, Godfather role) with no expiration.
The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not endorsed by letsplaymafia.com. Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies. Premium Pass holders and legacy supporters access an ad-free experience.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. Game rooms that are inactive for more than 1 hour are automatically cleaned up.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETSPLAYMAFIA.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless letsplaymafia.com and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
