Mafia Premium and the Premium Pass are digital products delivered instantly. Premium unlocks the moment your license key or code is redeemed and cannot be returned. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable, including recurring subscription renewals, except as described below or where required by law.
The Premium Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Whop. It unlocks unlimited AI bots per game, the exclusive Godfather role, and an ad-free experience across letsplaymafia.com.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your Whop account at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium until that period ends. We do not refund the current or any past billing period.
How to cancel: log in to Whop → Memberships → select Mafia Premium → Cancel.
The one-time Premium Pass grants 48 hours of premium benefits for a single charge via Stripe. Because it is delivered instantly and is time-bound, it is non-refundable, and no refund is issued for any unused time remaining when it expires.
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a payment where your license key was never delivered or would not activate — contact us and we will investigate and correct it, including a refund where a genuine error occurred on our side.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
